Welcome to my world of culture! I am a dedicated "Culture Queen" with a passion for fostering engaged and positive workplaces. Over the past four years, I have been fortunate enough to serve as the Chief Culture Officer at Park Insurance, where my primary goal has been to create an extraordinary work environment for the amazing individuals who make up our team.

At Park Insurance, we believe that a thriving culture is the backbone of any successful organization. I take great pride in our accomplishments, as we have achieved an impressive 90% satisfaction rate among our employees. This achievement is a testament to our commitment to cultivating an inclusive, supportive, and inspiring workplace.

As a member of the executive team, I have had the privilege of guiding and mentoring our leaders in making decisions and driving positive changes throughout the organization. I firmly believe that leadership plays a crucial role in shaping culture, and I am passionate about empowering and equipping leaders to create exceptional work environments.

Beyond my role at Park Insurance, I have a deep-rooted desire to share my knowledge and insights with others. I am dedicated to helping small business owners and people leaders unlock the potential of their organizations by kickstarting or enhancing their workplace cultures. 

Recognizing the need for education and guidance in this area, I created the Culture Bootcamp Workshop in 2022. This workshop is specifically designed to educate and empower people leaders who share my passion for building exceptional workplace cultures.
